Procurement of goods and services is performed in Crnogorski Telekom by Procurement and Logistics department (PD). The purchasing process in Crnogorski Telekom is centralized. Two brands are used by Crnogorski Telekom: T-Com and T-Mobile.
Selection of vendors, negotiations about prices and delivery terms, conclusion of contracts and customer relationships are in the sole responsibility of PD. PD takes to a great extent advantage of framework contracts of Deutsche Telekom. PD acts as an intermediary between internal requirements and external offers in order to provide goods and services for internal business units in the required quantity, quality, time and at the most favourable possible price. PD manages, in terms of methodology and the personnel, four commodity-based sub departments. |
